It's unconstitutional for the government to force us to buy something, and this is just a stepping stone to Obama and the progressives desire for government run health care. I am a nurse, and I've seen how government is with health care, and it's not good. We have to elect candidates who care about proteacting our freedom, before we don't have it anymore.

Christiangal39 I completely agree and what you said sounds very legit! I am not in favor of this bill myself in fact its makes my stomach turn to be quite honest. Whats flooring me is the fact we are going to be forced to pay for health care inspite if we want it or not and the fact we have to pay for it. Obama is just looking for ways to drain out our wallets and bank accounts for his pleasure sorry to say! Also not to mention our government now decides treatment for our seniors, how ABSURD!

Duh, they SPENT the money so Medicare barely exists anymore. There's a reason people need "supplemental" insurance, and why Medicare denies MORE than private insurance. WAKE UP!

Medicare either doesn't pay, or it under pays because it is OUT OF MONEY. SS is headed that way as well, and other liberal states are broke. off of medicare it wouldn't exist, since it's kind of

a government program. Ironically, there was the

same "SOCIALISM, COMMUNISM!" reaction when

Johnson passed it 40 years ago, but people leave that fact out.

bhagan92- Do you realize that Medicare denies MORE often than private insurance? I'm a nurse, and I know how government strangles the health care field now. It's going to get worse. They were supposed to keep their slimy hands off of our Medicare and SS, and now it's nearly bankrupt. What makes you think this is going to be any different? I don't know how many times history has to repeat itself before some people wake up.
