I have stumbled upon some unused sound files, this will be coming in two parts because there's nearly 20 minutes of footage.

  • i wish they put in all these cutscenes, borderlands had LIKE NO CUTSCENES

  • The original game was so interesting and in depth, it seemed so mysterious and full of discovery. General Koxx definitely helped with the discovery, but I wish they never changed the game. Oh and there is 2 other cities originally in the game, Asylum and Sanctuary. Sanctuary was still mentioned in the game, but never actually depicted. Also, there was no Patricia Tannis and the voice actor was a kind of telegrapher from Asylum

  • @RipTlde Cutscenes tend to make games worse than better, half life 2 had no real cutscenes and was one of the best games of all time

  • @TheXPSGamer

Read my previous comments, most console players aren't crying over their inferior FPS, unless they're über CoD pro.

If anything, I'd say the relatively low capabilities of consoles have forced developers to create better software so they can run better graphics, gameplay, etc. with limited hardware. Necessity is the mother of invention, as they say.

Don't worry, your PC benefits from this innovation too.

  • @Unisaur64 Xbox 360 games run usually at an average of 30 FPS, not even at max settings, where as PCs (if hardware capable) can run games at 60 FPS on max settings. Games are in fact cut short for consoles, while maybe not quite the case with Borderlands, it has been something with other games. Consoles are holding back innovation, gameplay, and graphics. Deal with it. Without PCs, there would be no consoles anyway.

  • @TheXPSGamer

I don't know what console, if any, you have played, but games run and play fine on this generation's consoles. If PC gamers are so upset about their glorious games being made as "hurr hurr derp" XBOX ports, then they can deal with it by playing PC exclusive titles.

Sorry if you misunderstood my first comment, I just don't think it's fair to blame the lack of a good story element on the limitations of consoles. Accept that it's Gearbox who didn't put enough story in.

  • @Unisaur64 It's not only about the graphics, "games are cut due to limited console storage." Please listen to everything I had to say rather than attacking one element. The hardware now is becoming to limited, games run like shit and play like shit. They need an upgrade, deal with it.

  • @TheXPSGamer

You think I don't already know about the graphics ?

Most console players like myself aren't big graphics-junkies, so I don't feel the need to pay for an expensive PC to play games on better graphics. Not that there's anything wrong with appreciating graphics, some developers do phenomenal things with the limited hardware at hand.

  • @Unisaur64 No, this is false. Games graphics are dumbed down for consoles and games are cut due to limited console storage. I dont think the lack of story was because of the consoles though, because this data can be found on the 360 version aswell.

  • @Akimb0

Typical PC gamer who blames everything on consoles.

Contrary to your narrow-minded opinion, console players aren't that different from PC players, we just use different systems to play on.

Try to remember this when you start typing your "hurr hurr derp" replies.

  • @teothedemon i always thought they were giant skags since skagzilla is the last of the giant skags, i think he's only a baby.

  • Eh he he, C changes? That won't be enough. You wasted your time. LISTEN, you hear that? THERE COMING.
