That looked excrutiatingly painful. It is most likely MRSA. See a doc for some pain meds and antibiotic therapy. It really is dangerous.

You really should get that looked at. The color is off and a doctor should evaluate it. Never mess with infections in your nose. Too much of the sinus is close to the brain!
