i used to do p90x workout program and p90x is very intense. and all i drank is water.
but the way i drink it is sitting down and i drink it in 3 breathes. like a take one sip then i remove the glass from my mouth take a breath and drink and repeat 3 times.
we are mostly made of water anyway.
WATER ALL THE WAY. also i played basket ball and during the practice i drank water.
