Double Dazzling Triumph - Card Magic Trick And Exposure !

This is one of my favourite effects to perform for laymen. It was created by Daryl Martinez (The Magicians' Magician.) and has only ever been released on an old International Magic video. I recently met Daryl at the magic convention in Blackpool. (February 2009.) We chatted about this effect and he told me that as far as he was concerned that I was the only person currently performing the effect. He also gave me the full and proper name for the routine. When I originally posted the effect on youtube I know that many younger magicians began to use it and that there are now several other versions on here. So now here is the version that kicked the revival off ! Andy.

Andy, When you place out the 6 packets, is that known as Daryl's display? I have heard of it in print and am trying to track it down on film.

Thank you for your comment. I would be interested to know what makes this a 'bad' triumph and what you consider to be a good triumph.

I have been doing this for years and I have yet to have a layman tell me this is a bad trick.

i remember this being posted under Jenning. it was a really good trick that i used when i use to work at the exploratorium. it took my forever trying to figure out how he did.  ive probably watched this video hundreds of times before i saw how he did.

Sorry, no, I think you have misunderstood. The discussion was about Jerry Sadowitz who has a few 'issues' with other magicians. Daryl is one of the most charming and good natured magicians I have ever met.
