A well known comedy. Actor Del Zamora portrays the main Waas Happening Boy. Del Zamora has the long hair, mustache, and chin beard. This character has brought the most joy to Latinos and others, than any other character Del has portrayed in his 30 year career. Del lost 15 pounds to portray this young character. Del shot this comedy in Tijuana and East LA. Del shot this movie at the same time that he shot the feature film Walker, in Nicaragua. Another challenge to portray 2 different characters at the same time, in 3 different countries. Del made sure that the characters were totally different. An 1800's Nicaraguan Catholic priest in Walker; and a very young Indio, in this movie.

I portray the main Waas Happening Boy in this movie. I wear the green shirt, baseball cap on backward. Psst, psst, psst, psst. Panocha, Pela Mela! It was a dream come true to work with C. He is as cool as you all think he is. Thanks for the fun, C. The other actors are Sal Lopez, Jee Teo, Ted Lin and Jason Scott Lee, who went on to portray Bruce Lee in the biopic feature film. He is a nice man. Thanks to all of you out there who laughed at our work. It pleases me so much to make Raza laugh. c/s

Del, I just watched this movie again after talking to a neighbor who saw it just recently for the first time and could only talk about the funnest part he thought was the "Waas Happening Boys" sequence. It makes people laugh still after 24 years. Your cross eyed thing and hissing is just so funny. One of my favorite Comedies from the 80's and I saw it in 87. All the best. Peace.
