The one good thing that came out of the Van Halen boys breaking up with Roth was both groups were still allowed to play their original music. You didn't see that all that often back then. I didn't mind hearing Hagar singing Panama and I definitely didn't mind hearing Roth play his old VH music along with his solo stuff.

I'd be willing to bet DLR is laughing his ass off too - all the way to the bank. Actually, this is a terrific demonstration of musicianship. It takes a great deal of skill, study and talent to have this kind of interpretative skill. I will concede that it sounds like shit (due in part to the song being borderline too syncopated to work in a bluegrass style), but to call it pure crap is going too far. It's only about 70% crap... lol ;-)

Great musicianship... but really .. not this song.. loved alot of David's solo stuff.. i thing gigilo fit him perfect and he should have gotten bob barker's job... but.. just cant take this.. rock on brother..

This is pure crap. I thought David Lee Roth was washed up back when he did the Just a Gigilo. You can't watch this without laughing your ass off. I am amazed that the other VH members didn't sue his ass.
