  • Great work man! A lot of these punks on here like to criticize people that do things they never dreamed of. They're questioning your form, but doing so from the comfort of a nice office setting or a couch. Up close and real, when the going get tuff, it's all about the right mental attitude to push threw the limits, in my opinion this is where I think 100% accurate form is a load of shit. Get it done, and this video does just that.

  • Get a manual labor job. Then you would be free from the urge to participate in this nonsense. Its a waste but your time-so what do I care? Kind of like all of the vegans running around in the US-I say go to Somalia, or portions of s. america, and watch the lil kids eating out of garbage. I bet those kids arent vegans. Only a culture like that of the U.S. can have the time, and resources to create such non sennse ideology.

  • @Omar1487 Here's my problem with you saying that people criticizing him are doing it "from the comfort of a nice office setting or a couch:" where do you watch youtube videos? In all likelihood, you complimented him from the comfort of your home, but I'm not going to discredit you because of it. If somebody's criticizing his form, they're probably doing so because they know how to do it correctly. Also, 100% accurate form isn't necessary when pushing yourself, but 75% is a good benchmark.

  • just one quick quire how much calories did you intake before sort of intense cross fit training ,3500Ccal or more. I suggest that you weight about 198 lbs or so, to do numbers it is not a rocky science great tips I liked those!
