In Car Video STR 71 CJ Carter at WCMC Autocross 8.1.2010 at Tire Rack's Test Track, South Bend, IN

This is one of the runs during the afternoon session of the WCMC (Windy City Miata Club) AutoX on August 1, 2010 at the Tire Rack's test track in south Bend, IN. They run two cars on the track at a time with spacing. So, even with 43 cars at the event, we were able to have 8 runs in the morning session and another 9 runs in the afternoon. 17 runs on a 50+ second course is unheard of! But, these guys take no breaks. The sessions are broke into 3 sets in two sessions. This means you rotate between working, break, and driving twice. No stops to switch up...when you're done with your run, you park and get out to your corner. When you're done with your corner, you take a break and get your car ready...when break is over, you get to the grid and drive. With 14 cars per set, you only have about 5 minutes between runs! Great fun!!
