Have you ever bought gumpaste (not makign it) and it be just a really bad consistancy? I bought one bag of gumpaste to check it out, and personally found it amazing the 2nd bag i bought just felt somewhat like sand... and i added shortning but it never did feel right to me and wouldnt even make into a ball...

@meggonzalez i have experienced that too but only with wilton's gumpaste. satin ice so far has always felt consistent.
