@Tanniab09 The Primer helps with the longevity of the makeup you place on top of it...it can also mimimize creasing...the base helps gives the eyeshadows something to stick to and also appear more vibrant...Especially...White!.­.So by apply a white base like Ebony did...the blue would appear alot brighter :) hope that helps gurl!!

Thanks for the heads up on camera ready cosmetics in your ben nye review; I have dark skin with a red tint to it and it is soooooo hard to find my color in foundation/powders. I think I will find what I need from this website.
