Mabat - The Key to a Multicultural Society

MABAT implements an experiential learning program for students and young adults of all backgrounds. During a series of dynamic sessions, participants embark on a personal and group process consisting of facilitated introductions, trust-building activities, and identity exploration, of ones self and of the other. This group-building process develops a sense of intercultural awareness, confronts prejudicial beliefs, and fosters vital inter-personal skills—for work and everyday life—in Israels multicultural environment. This experiential learning program is based on a variety of methodologies and a process of reflection and meaningful synthesis of participants personal and collective experiences.
