Ms. Bellum's Face Revealed

On the Powerpuff Girls 10th anniversary special Ms. Sara Bellum's face was revealed. Was this intentional or was it an accident?

I obviously took the picture on my television as soon as I saw it and in no way claim any rights to the Powerpuff Girls.

I am so happy! I always wanted to see her face. Before it was hard to draw her but now i can and not what she really looks like . I guess I imaged her a little prettier but she is still pretty . But with red hair , full lips , side bangs , great body she reminded me of Jessica Rabbits
