@12chapin Biological and chemical agents radiating all around to Russia, China and Japan, millions of casualties after the North fires off a few hundred or thousand artillery shells into Seoul and the South retaliates, a endless stream of refugess from the North flooding into China, and ~25K/30K US casualties from the troops stationed there. I haven't even entered nukes into the picture.

Understand this: the Korean situation involves 3 superpowers and 2 major regional powers. Think about that.
