actually there is a connection...it looks as if he has to pump really hard..this guy lands on his lowerback and has to swing extra hard and pump more in order to get around again...
if you'd do clean babymills momentum would carry you all the way and they would be really easy and almost effortless...
from 0:06 it looks as if hes having a hard time...not easy
@sakurahollow do headstands against a wall, and in time it will start strengthening up.

you are putting your swinging leg wrong it should be in front. it helps me get and keep momentum

@bboyh0ang it's easy for him to do. Diffuculty and whether your sloppy, or sharp don't really match. But yeah you're right they are sloppy.
