@Vlastap The song can be found on rodrigorojo1' s channel under the name of "Viva General Kim Jong Il !" ; by the way, in the video that "shzywansui" linked you, the people are saying (if i'm not wrong) "깅일성 동지", which means "Comrade Kim Il Sung". Surely that's not all, but I hope this will help you.

@Vlastap1 I've been trying to figure this out for a long time too. It appears that this song is only played for Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. I used to assume it had no words, but the video /watch?v=tLnM_FvNlmo at 9:18 includes people singing the lyrics. Unfortunately, the sound quality is poor and i can't make out what they're saying. If a Korean could help out that would be great.
