Honestly I didn’t really watch the whole video. I just think stage hypnosis is degrading to people. Even if I did watch it, does that mean it’s not degrading.

Yes, volunteers do have an idea of what to expect during a stage hypnosis show but most if not all have no understanding of hypnosis and don’t really know what they are getting themselves into. Many are no aware that could experience complete loss of control and not be able to refuse suggestions.

@philbio66 If you think stage hypnosis is so degrading to people how come you have 7 favorite videos all of stage hypnosis ??? ,I actually give a very in-depth explanation before my show and get lots of volunteers every time , i take it also you have never volunteered or you would know that the people who volunteer to become part of the show actually have a better time than the audience and lots of skits are done for the sole purpose or releasing endorphins into there blood streams

A person who has undergone ritual abuse or even non-ritual traumatic abuse of some sort who develops a splinter personality, though the dominant personality may be against the command morally, the recessive one, who may not hold to the same moral code can take over during that time and carry out the commands.

That's not true. There are many hypnotized subjects who are unable to refuse suggestions.

@philbio66 People under hypnosis are not under the control of the hypnotist. These stage hypnotism bits are staged. Real hypnotists work through suggestions, not commands, an the person under hypnosis can refuse a suggestion he or she finds illogical or against their morals.
