Youtube is nice enough to show an overlay at the beginning of the video with the artists/song name :) The vid has been reuploaded for countries that had the original video blocked due to the chosen music.

It has been reuploaded since the video was blocked in Germany due to the selected music. Music played is from Google Audioswap, the name should pop up after a few seconds when playing the video.

I can't seem to get the "dot timers" working. Any idea why that is? Do I need to use MSBT?

No additional addon is required to use LiveBars (only Combattext output requires MSBT/Parrot/SCT or enabled Blizzard floating combat text). There is no good reason why you shouldn't see LiveBars. I can only recommend reinstalling the addon and also resetting your settings.
