Snakey Chantey (Rattle Battle) from Donkey Kong Country 2 on Mario Paint Composer

Finally, the full song has appeared on YouTube! Lol. Since the whole thing hasn't been done on Mario Paint Composer (KarmaJolt has done the intro to the song, check him out at http://www.youtube.com/user/KarmaJolt ), I decided to do it. It is called Snakey Chantey and it plays during the pirate ship level "Rattle Battle" where you can control the snake Rattly. I'm surprised no one has done an arrangement since it seems everyone is asking people to do it, and it's a very catchy tune. Anyway, here it is on the good ol' original soundfont. The jazzyness of the song is what makes it unique and I tried to capture it as best I could. I realized when it was too late that the tempo wasn't fast enough to allow triplets for the percussion and stuff, so I kind of cheated a little lol but I don't think it's that noticeable. I like how the song transitions from the regular beat to the swing. It kind of catches you off guard. I thought the Boos represented the vocals pretty well in the beginning, better than I expected anyway.
