Dave Lemanczyk presses a natural block type stone overhead for 13 repetitions. Stone lifting is a great way for anyone to grab hold of a piece of nature and improve your own at the same time. I recommend visiting your local rock quarry and picking one out for yourself. Once you have your stone, pick a few basic exercises, do them to the best of your mental ability, and call it a day. It'll take a lot more out of you than you might expect. Good Luck!

I never personally weighed it so I don't know for sure. If I had to guess I would estimate it somewhere between 130-150. Very sharp edges.
