How to Support - Sona Guide

@KeelaWaleed Support runes are different for everyone. For all the supports I play I usually run the following.

-Armor Marks

-Armor Seals

-Flat Magic Resists Glyphs

-Gold Quintessences

The armor helps you shrug off harass from the ADs while the MR helps you shrug off damage from the supports since most have AP damage. The Gold Quints help you keep a constant income since you don't last hit. Once you get your other 2 gold per 10 items, you really have a constant flow of cash.

Wow ur a really good support! It's not often you see good supports ecause many people just choose support when they are last pick! I willingly play support and love them! Ur rlly good. But I would like to know ur opinion on the best support. In my opinion the three strongest are sona, Janna, and soraka in that order. What is your opinion and who is #1? (Of course it matters by lane parter, but let's just forget about laming partner)

@xXJuneBuggerXx Hey thanks for the feedback! In my opinion Sona is by far the best support available right now. She's banned sometimes in high level solo queue. She just has too good of a kit to not take. She has increased AD and AP, MR and Armor, and movement speed all in auras which is exactly what you want in a support. She also deals so much damage in lane and has a great AOE CC ulti.

@xXJuneBuggerXx I'd say Soraka is the second best just due to her insane support. She gives great heals and it also gives armor. Not to mention a global heal. Janna comes up third mostly because she lacks sustain. She's great with longer ranged champions or beefier champs like Caitlyn and Graves (especially). She has a lot of CC and also gives your AD that awesome AD increasing shield.
