Ben Gazzara looks back at the public's intense dislike of John Cassavetes' of The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976), which he pulled after six days. I thought was a pretty good film thought I did not see it until years later. Cassavetes re-released it in 1978 with 30 cut, so the beginning is different. Comments also from producer Al Rubin.
