She seemed to be under water for quite long periods (say 30 seconds). Do you need to be comfortable at holding your breath for quite a long time? It looks like it could be really relaxing apart from holding your breath! Thanks for posting.

I see women doing it. Can men receive the therapy or are we too heavy and not as buoyant as the girls?
