So, Syke Chandler is the daughter of the legal father Adam Chandler of Pine Valley and Rae Cummings of All My Children?

@chr5210 It's all very complicated...There were never any DNA tests run - at all. John/Sophia found a bible page which listed Althea & Adam Chandler as the adoptive parents of Rae Cummings' baby. BUT it listed her name as Rae Cummings when she was still Gretel Rae Washburn at that time of Skye's birth (she was a teenager)..she didn't become Rae Cummings until the end of medical school. Adam said he never knew she wasn't his bio daughter until a man tried to blackmail him (after Skye got sober).

@chr5210 Adam said he threw the blackmailer out & it didn't matter Skye wasn't his biologically because Skye was already his daughter (he didn't want to darken Skye's outlook on Althea etc). Again no DNA tests were run. Skye went to find her bio dad which led her to GH & Alan Quartermaine. Rae never told Alan Skye was his bio daughter..Alan & Edward already knew about Rae's pregnancy/baby/Skye & Edward knew she was given to Althea & Adam Chandler. Skye was accepted into the Qs w/no DNA tests.

@chr5210 Later on, Tracy made it clear that she knew Skye wasn't a Quartermaine & try to blackmail her. Skye confronted Rae who admitted the truth and then Skye told the Q family. No DNA tests were run. It was mentioned on a couple of occasions that Alan adopted Skye but whether that was a formal adoption well it was never shown on screen and I'm not sure that anyone knows. The last look anyone got of Skye's drivers licences she was listed as Skye Chandler. Not Skye (Chandler) Quartermaine.

@chr5210 So it's really anyone's guess who Skye's legal father is... If Alan did formally adopt Skye then Alan Quartermaine is her legal father...but if it was an informal adoption or there was no adoption whatsoever then Adam is her legal father. In regard to her legal mother...there has been no mention of adoption and so I'm fairly certain that Skye's legal mother is still Althea Chandler.

On another note Rae was mainly apart of OLTL and only had some guest spots on AMC/GH/PC.
