20. How to make a Birthday Buffet!

This is the 20th video of NINO'S CUISINE, with the professional chef Nino Guitar and his assistent chef Carmen del Sol, showing a step-by-step guide of how to make (an example of) a Birthday Buffet! It includes: Torta de Laranja (portuguese orange roll), Tortilla de Patata (spanish omelet), Bavaroise (french strawberry mousse), Quiche Lorraine and Portuguese Birthday Cake. This was all made for Carmen's birthday with our portuguese friends in July in Lisbon, Portugal. All the recipes have been adapted by Nino Guitar. If you put broccoli in your pie, pls call it "broccolie pie" but not quiche lorraine !!!!!!
