cool man your aunts a cool lady, I will check it out, I subbed btw. I am in a decent gym but it's so full of cardio bunnys just shaking their goods up and down, makes good eyecandy while lifting. Then there are tons of what must be middle or highschool kids with absolute crap form. I thought they taught everyone how to do the basics! Oh and don't worry if someone shits on your form. I use to deadlift like a tard until I had a /fit/ bro tell me what I was doing wrong.

you're stronger then me no questions about it, but I pull 450 and bench 280 (still working on form with squat so dont go heavy yet)... I just was peeping some of your vids pulling and just wanted to give some advice. Your lower back is rounding a little and try to invest in a belt that is 4 inches all the way around the waist. The whole purpose of a belt is to generate greater pressure in your abdomen by having your abs squeezed by the belt. Tnation.com is a really good source for powerliftin

@illadelphia0891 Yea, I know, my back isn't straight. Some novice pointed that out, and he was right. I plan on fixing that tomorrow when I deadlift. And 8 stations? Give me the timeframe I said that. Don't remember. But thanks, I'm not blank profile. I just hate PL ever since an employee told me to deadlift without "touching the floor". But I've never insulted anyone who goes there.

I'm embarrassed to have a 460 max without perfect form. But thanks. Form checked today when doing deadlifts. You be on T Nation? Is the forum active in the powerlifting section?
