Alessandra explains how to prepare easily some veal cutlets. Enjoy ;)


4 servings: thin slices of veal - 4, flour - 200 grams, white wine - 1 glass, butter - 2 knobs, extra virgin olive oil,chopped parsley, salt, pepper


Place your veal cutlets on a cutting board. If they're too big cut them, and then cover both sides with flour.
Put a pat of butter and some oil in a pan, mix well, and add the cutlets. Cook them for about 3 minutes per side, and when they're done add some salt and pepper to taste. Add some white wine. Some of the wine will evaporate, and the rest will remain on the meat and give it flavor. Turn off the burner and let the cutlets sit for a couple of minutes. As a final touch add some parsley.
