Pop Starr

Pop Starr is a 14 year old KWPN gelding by Cocktail. He has been shown successfully up to Prix St. Georges by a professional. He is currently being leased and shown by an amateur rider at 2nd level, and receiving scores in the high 60's. He is also being shown successfully at 3rd level with an open rider and receiving scores in the high 60's. At a recent show he received highpoint at 2nd level with an amateur and then highpoint at 3rd level with an open rider. Pop Starr has three very comfortable and correct gaits with an outstanding extended trot. He is very light in the hand and off leg. He has lovely manners & is easy and straight forward for the farrier, vet or groom. Hauls & turns out alone or with company & settles in well. Pops would be a perfect schoolmaster for an amateur or could be an ambitious junior horse.
