Pizza-in-a-pie

Also, these videos are all old. By the time you see these videos, 3-4 weeks have gone by since we have actually eaten them!! Tonight will be the first video I will actually film in about 2 weeks.
Lots of things being prepared in a pie dish. I don't have this one typed. It's my first real day back doing work, so I need to make sure I concentrate on that. Will get to typing this up when I get a chance.

Thank you for this video, I'm making this tonight :) Do you think putting the crust in the oven for a few minutes before adding the meat mixture would keep it consistently crunchier? Thinking of trying it.
