Number of comments about the strings... the record companys added strings to everyone in the 50s... Frank, Nat king Cole, even Dinah Washington... most of the time the addition was a real distraction. Frank led the way when he switched recording companys and got some artistic control.and thats when he had his best arrangements. .
Thanks for posting - i have been a Chet Baker fan since i 1st heard him in 1957 at the age of 10.
