Judging by the accents I'd say not from Europe. In the UK we'd teach that you finish the tack and get on course before swapping your hands back. Howeve other than that and the wording that I believe each and every country has subtle differences is an excellent demonstration of a roll tack. What wasn't noticed or mentioned was the crew keeping the Jib backed until the last mintue just before pulling the boat back upright. Well done all :)

If I was to be Pedantic, I would call the skipper a Helm or Helmsman. If your a yacht sailor then you are definately the skipper!
