U.S. Rep. Mary Jo Kilroy met with local officials at The Ohio State University to discuss preparations and response to the H1N1 flu in Ohios 15th Congressional District and throughout the country. The Ohio State University is one of the largest college campus in the country and has made preparations for returning students this weekend a priority. Kilroy was briefed by local officials and highlighted the actions Congress has taken to prepare for the coming flu season.
Ohio has received over $50 million from the resources allocated by Congress in June. Kilroy launched a special section of her website for constituents needing information on H1N1.
