@Arausito Revy's...well Revy, Noel is sweet and moe and cute and wobbie in some many ways, Revy is....well....ummm....now how can I put this without getting shot the peices by a rightouisly pissed of Revy? Oh screw it, she's nuts! Hot and mildly crazy, but still crazy! Granted there's that Mu-12 thing but Noel suffered 3rd degree mind rape, so she's intitled, plus she has Jin as a superior, that alone is enough to send most sane people off the deep end.
