Social theory rules everything in Western, Anglo-Germanic based societies. It is oppressive and cannot be overcome. The only way to escape it is to move to Asia or a few other places around the world.

In the US, and some other countries (maybe many), people are very programmed ....they are very mindless and will conform to what they are indoctrinated with as kids. In the US, everything is based on what job you do if you are a man (physical attractiveness for a woman). I find that the further you get away from organized American society, the happier and better-off you'll be.
