I'm with coytesahowling. We are losing our democracy when corporations or individual billionaires can buy not only political ads but whole news organizations (e.g. Fox News) in order to inundate the viewing public with irriational, but highly emotionally charged appeals to fear, greed or other negative emotions that cause people to react without thinking. Psycologically speaking, this is a blatant appeal to mob mentality by the minority elite for the purposes of controlling the majority's vote.

The bottom line is that we must build china or they will start ww III. Everyday millions of their people are dying of starvation. @dbd8915 We are the government and have a say through elections. If corporations continue to buy elections they will turn this into a Plutocracy. The only entity big enough to stop a corporate take over is our representative government. The only agenda the GOP has is power and money. Deregulation and $.60/hr jobs.
