Unless you are insulting the ability of Scots to run their own country. After all, after independence it will be Scots who say who runs the country and what happens. Not the SNP. And most certainly not the Unionist parties.

How can it be weak. It is simply stating the fact that it was frozen in two fiscal years. I mean one year plus another year is TWO years.....lol
How do I know whether Scots would vote for the Union or not. There hasn't been the referendum yet!
But I do know one thing - the Union is finished whether there is a referendum or not. You know that too, I bet that must "burn" you lol. Things will never be the same again. Everybody agrees on that one.
