S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Pre-release trailer

It's the latest trailer to the long-awaited S.T.A.L.K.E.R. features the graphics ten time more astonishing and realistic than in any other trailers and screenshots. Really, IT IS HOT!!! I just dont understand why haven't they shown that level of render to public before - I think, it is alpha-version of DirectX 10 version render, which will be available via special patch, or, may be, addon.
