flexing/posing.. practicing my ability to do so spontaneously & as a form of exercise in itself (cardio & tension/contraction exercise). i hope to promote three things in women's bodybuilding: femininity - hardcore muscularity - and definitely sex appeal.. i believe a woman should retain her feminine shape (esp. waist) and her feminine body language. anyway.. just my two cents.. lol BTW... yes, i'm wearing shorts under my dress.. i kno u guys don't miss any detail (i do)..
