  • I just started 3 2 1.. I'm doing the powered shake.. Iike it so far.. I work out 4 days a week.. Moving up to 6

  • @bailey1950 I did the powdered shake too - definitely the most cost effective. Good luck and let me know how it works out!

  • @bree5090 All is not lost! ;) The shakes are actually better quality... but for my body, it worked better with the old diet plan. You can find the details of that here on my youtube channel or on my website thedietgeek.

  • It goes something like this:

    breakfast - shake or meal bar

    snack - slimfast snack or 100 calories of something

    lunch - shake or meal bar

    snack - slimfast snack or 100 calories of something

    dinner- 500 calories of food

    snack - slimfast snack or 100 calories of something

  • I tried slim fast for the first time about 2 months ago but I don't follow the slim fast meal plan. I actually use the chocolate royal powered shake (personally the best flavor the have; it tastes just like a chocolate milkshake, it's AMAZING) as a delicious and guilt free chocolatey dessert every day. Sometimes I'll add stuff like a banana, stevia, vanilla soymilk instead of 1%, etc. I know thats not how it's supposed to be used but it works for me ^_^

  • Hey, I'm doing the slim fast diet and so far lost about 4lbs and been on it about two weeks maybe a little less, i only want to lose a stone so i think its going alright for me! But i think the powered shakes taste so much better then the bottle shakes!

  • The only thing is I'd get fat bc I'd eat like crazy with these shakes.

  • if u dnt worrkout, u need to do tht for the rest of ur life, coz u wont hve muscle mass, remember muscle burns fat....you CANT eat ur self a body u want..u need to strength train....
