pretty much yeah. Only place in perth you can get fined is at stockies. Anywhere they dont have a 'No Skating' sign you can skate. Its pretty wicked man. And over here, everyone knows everyone.

? Uhhhh yeah, it is. Basically everywhere is except at a skatepark with helmet and shieet or in your backyard. If a cop wanted to he could give you a ticket, I'm not sure if it's different in different places.
