Prague, CZECHOSLOVAKIA - 1988 European Figure Skating Championships, Ice Dancing, Free Dance - Isabelle and Paul Duchesnay of France were the surprise Bronze Medalist here.
It is still cool after the years ! When I was a kid I missed the oppurtunity to see them alive when they performed this routine in Prague. Now I am very sorry :-(
This is a performace I remember since seeing it in 1988... I was 8 at that time, out of all the pairs, I remember siblings Duchesnay as the only once, seems, they were winners in my eyes.... and still, it is aaaawsome!!!!!!!

Thank you for posting this. An amazing dance, choreographed by Christopher Dean
of (Torvill and Dean). Plaudits all round --to him and to them for attempting something so very daring and innovative. But it made their names.
