There is nothing better than fresh rolls warm straight out of the oven. These rolls are soft and tender.
I made two dishes from the dough, I drizzled one with the glaze and I brushed the second one with jam and orange blossom water. /

Il n'y a rien mieux que des rouleaux chauds frais du four. Ces rouleaux sont doux et tendres.
J'ai fais deux plats de cette pâte, j'ai étalé le premier plat avec le nappage et j'ai badigeonné le deuxième avec un mélange de confiture et d'eau de fleur d'oranger.

  • Can you substitute the nuts for anything else? I wanna make this for my class but with the whole peanut allegries thing I want to make sure that there is something I can substitute it for if neccessary.

  • I have a question. After starting the steps you say add yeast then 1 tsp sugar, then you go on to say add half the sugar. I did not see the amount of the sugar in the ingredients. Did I miss it?

    It's 1 tsp of sugar that we mixed with the yeast + 1/3 cup of sugar, we use a half to mix with the eggs, later on, we use the rest to mix with butter.
