材料:
鹽酥雞適量、青椒片適量、桑椹醬1湯匙、白醋1又1/2湯匙、香油少許

1.隔夜的鹽酥雞要先用烤箱烤熱。
2.桑椹醬1湯匙與白醋1又1/2湯匙混合均勻。
3.先加入青椒略炒,再加入調和好的桑椹汁略炒,然後放入烤熱的鹽酥雞拌炒均勻,最後勾入薄芡,淋上少許香油即完成。
3.因為桑椹汁是紫色,所以成品會略帶紫色,如果不喜歡紫色,可加少許蕃茄醬調色。

●調醬汁的美味秘訣:
一湯匙的酸味,要用一湯匙半的甜味來中和
一湯匙的甜味,要用一湯匙半的酸味來中和
所以一湯匙的桑椹醬(甜味),要用一湯匙半的白醋(酸味)來中和!

●調糖醋汁一定要記得加一點點鹽,因為鹽是百味之王,加了鹽下去,食物的酸味和甜味才會更突出。
