@elgatoloco698 people as intoxicated as this man need to be arrested and taken to jail until they sober jump. If those kids were not pulled over right there, who is to say he wouldn't have wandered into traffic. They don't do it because they could hurt someone, they do it because they are likely to hurt themselves. If he had any brain at all, he would have had someone pick him up or have money for a cab before we started drinking.

Public intoxication, that's a bullshit charge if there ever was one. So the kid drank too much. Big freakin deal. He wasn't driving. He wasn't causing a scene. He wasn't hurting anyone. Being stupid ain't a crime.

lol my lucky day i got pull over by a fat arse cop that had the full intention to throw the book as me as he asked me to turn my car off when it was already off? and walking around the vehicle, while the other two officers quickly run off, the officer let me go and my licence back, the building that i pulled over next to was on fire, MY LUCKY DAY =D
