iz it bout a gurl who lost some 1 in her life? car crash? siren? and the music "you lost me"? I dunno but this is pretty kewwwwwwwl! go leo

I think this is about woman who is turning 86 and she dies (when the bottle of pills fell on the cake) after going through memories of her youth. I think the porcelain doll represents her in her youth or is meaningful to her because is was a gift of a loved one. Also, maybe she was in an arranged/unhappy marriage of convenience where there was betrayal or no love (hence why the knife separates the two wedding dolls on the cake).

Please tell me if I'm right or wrong. And great job, by the way.
