Perhaps the reason for the poverty & high crime in SA is not social deprivation as Mbeki says, but the status in life that results in abusing alcohol, drugs, cheating, and a living with a lack of honesty and integrity. Not to mention the fact that these people are lazy and want a easy way out. SA is turning into a communist state. I would not ivest a penny in that country and if I was not a dark skinned person, I would liquidate all assets and find another country to start over.
