subway system is only suitable for big city like seoul, tokyo or new york type city.... most small city which have subway usually loose money...even if you dont take the ride you have to pay it for it by tax...... and this tech is just for electric car in current levels of technology .... what if there will be better tech comes out and make this charging system obsolete..... what waste it would be???

no.. It is not bullshit. Korea is planning to adopt this olev in Seoul or Daegu with city bus. It might cost alot to install this system. But if you think in terms of long period, it will save money and enviroment.
