After many tries, here it is. I was so excited I danced around my livingroom. Hope you like it. I would like to get closer to the ceiling with my back arched a little more. I have only been able to do it twice now, but I will keep working on it.

How intense is this workout? I have a disease that makes it hard for me to do traditional workouts, like jogging and lifting weights.

@DaBagelSquad It is just as intense as lifting weights. You are essentially lifting your own body weight. Have you ever tried pool exercises?
