Hi, It's not that complicated.
It's just a light bulb I recreated and few animations warped on the light bulb.

how did you make the animations in the lightbulb thats what i would like to know.

There are 4 different animations (one for each lightbulb).
Few of them are made with Trapcode Particular and the other ones are made with expressions.
It'll take a long time to explain each animation (I don't have enough time to make a tutorial on this animation) but if you want to know the way to do one of this things maybe I can explain a few things.
