I emailed Sonny Smith a few years ago, asking for the albums I couldn't find and to generally say thank you from across the country. He happily responded a few days later asking for my address. A few weeks later there were two 45's, two CD's, and a comic book waiting on my doorstep, shipped in a pizza box with a hand written note inside. Insane. This dude is a true fan of music and really appreciates his fans. I'm really happy The Sunsets are starting to take off, Sonny really deserves it.
